      Nath^ll Pearce of this County Acknowledges a Conveyance for a Tract
   of Land called the Fork Containing two hundred Acres of Land to Gideon Pearce
        James Frisby of this County brings a Negro boy called Festus to have
   his age adjudged on view of the Same is adjudged to be tenn years old —
        James Frisby afd brings a Negro boy called Cuffey to have his age
   adjudged    on view of the Same is adjudged to be Nine Years old ——
      According to an order last Court to bring Margret Murrough to this
   Court and it appearing that the County hath paid for her one Thousand
   and Ninety four pounds of Tobacco and that She Serve M^r. Mich^l. Miller one
   year and half for the Same She having Served the Said Miller four months
   already and that She Continue in his Service fourteen months from this 19^th.
   day of August And the Said Miller assumes to pay the afd Sume of Tob^o to
   the County after Nov^br Court next
