   Tobacco which Said Sum of two pounds Eleven Shillings and Six pence
   Currant money remains to the Said Deft unpaid and unsatisfied which
   the Said Deft is ready to verifie wherefore the Said Deft prays that
   the Sd Sume of two pounds Eleven Shillings and Six pence may be dicompted
   out of the afd Six hundred pounds of Tobacco above declared for according
   to an Act of Assembly of this Province now in force in Such Cases made
   and provided and prays Judgment if the afd Plt his Accõn afd against him
   the said Deft for the Sd Sum of Six hundred pounds o Tobacco to have ought
   &ca.

   on the back of the preceeding Accot. was Endorsed as folls vizt. This 17th day of
   March 1718 The within named Thomas Storey upon the holy Eva[nge]lists of
   Almighty God that the within Accot. is Just and true as it Stands here Stated
   and that he hath not Received any part of parcell thereof more than given
   Creditt for Before me one of his Lord Ships Justices of the province of
   Maryland                                                              Jam Harris ——
      And the afd Wm Saith that by any thing prealledged from having his
   Accõn afd he ought not to be barred nor the Sd Deft. to have his discount ——
   because he Saith that the aforementioned Thomas hath not an Account
   of his own amounting unto two pounds Eleven Shillings and Six pence
   or any part thereof which hath arisen due to the Said Thomas Since he
   hath passed the Said Bill So as afd made as the afd Thomas hath above
   by pleading alledged and this he prays may be Enquired of by the Country
           And the Deft in like manner
   Thereupon Command is given to the Sherf of Said County that he
   Immediately cause to come here Twelve &ca. who neither &ca. To Recognize
   &ca. Because as well &ca. of which Said precept the Said Sherf now here at
   this day vizt. the 19th day of June Anno Domi 1719 makes return that he
   hath here ready twelve &ca. as by his precept he was Commanded And now
   here afterwards viz the day and year last mentioned comes againe as well
   the Said Plt. by his attty afd as the Said Deft by his attry afd and the Jurors of
   that Jury being Impannelled who being called likewise came to wit Thomas
