   Richd West Richard Davis who being duely Elected tryd & Sworn to Say the
   truth in the premises upon their Oath do Say that they find for the
   Deft and that he ought to have his discount allowed him as in the plea
   above pleaded : Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the 19th.
   day of June Anno Domi 1719 That the afd William Emory take nothing
   by his writ afd but be in mercy for his false Clamor And that the Said
   Thomas Storey go thereof without day And also it is Considered by the
   Justices here that the Said Thomas Storey Recover against the Said William
   Emory the Sume of Six hundred forty Seven pounds of Tobacco by the
   Court here adjudged unto him for his Costs and Charges by him about
   his defence in this behalfe laid out and expended according to the forme
   of the Statute &ca ——

             at | Gent. Admr. of all & Singular the goods and Chattells
   Wm Frisby Adr. | Rights & Credits wch. were of Sarah Davis late of Cecil
   Sarah David decd. | County Widdow deced was attached to answer unto
   ——————— | Henry Ward of a plea of Trespass on the Case
   And Whereupon the Sd Plt. by John Johnson his attorney complaines for that
   wereas the afd Sarah in her life time the Eleventh day of November in the
   year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen at the Parish of
   St. Pauls in the County afd & within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court in Consideration
   that the afd Plt had at the Special instance & request of the Said Sarah in her
   lifetime then and there Sold and delivered unto her the Said Sarah in her life
   lifetime divers goods wares and merchandises in an Accot. hereto annexed parti
  : cularly menconed the Said Sarah in her lifetime did upon her selfe assume
   and to ye Said Plt then and there faithfully promise that She the Said Sarah in
   her lifetime all Such Sumes of Tobacco as the Said Goods wares and Merchandizes
   at the time of the Sale & delivery thereof were reasonably worth & amounted
   unto unto the Said Plt. when She Should be thereunto required would well &
   truly pay and Content And the Said Plt in fact Saith that the Said goods —
   wares & Merchandizes at the time of the Sale & delivery thereof were
   reasonably worth & amounted unto the Sume of Two Thousand Six hundred
   eighty four pounds of Merchantable Tobacco as pr Accot. annext of which
   the Said Sarah in her lifetime then and there last Said had notice
   And whereas the afd Sarah in her life time (that is to Say) the afd Eleventh
   day of November in the Year afd at the Parish County and Jurisdicion afd —
   was indebted unto the afd Plt. in the Sume of two Thousand Six hundred eighty
   four pounds of Tobacco for divers goods wares & Merchandizes by him the
   Said Plt to her the Said Sarah in her life time at her the Sd
