   hereunto untill next Court And he hath it And the Same day is given the
   Plt also
        Att which Said next Court vizt. the 18th day of Novembr. Anno Domi 1718
   comes again as well the Said Plt by his afd Attry as the Said Deft by
   his attry And the Same Accon was Continued untill the then next
   Court
        Att which Said next Court vizt. the 17th day of March Anno Domi 1718
   comes again as well the Said Plt by his afd Attry as the Said Deft by his
   attry. afd And no plea being fild to the afd Accõn   Rule is given to the
   Said Deft to put in a plea twenty days before the Next Court otherwise
   Judgment to be rendered for want of the Same And thereupon the Same
   Accõn is Continued untill the then next Court
    Att which Said next Court vizt the 18 day of June Anno Domi 1719 Comes
   again as well the Said Daniel Dulahantee by Michl. Howard his Attry
   as the Said George Sanders by his Said Attry afd And the afd George
   Sanders by his attorney afd as before defends the forces and injury when &ca.
   And Says that he hath not been informed by his Client whereby the Said
   Plt remains against the Said Deft wholly undefended.   Therefore it is
   Considered by the Court here viz the 18th day of June Anno Domi 1719 afd
   That the Said Daniel Dulahantie Recover against the Said George Sanders
   as well the Sume of four hundred Ninety four pounds of Tobacco his debt afd
   as also the Sume of Three hundred and one pounds of Tobacco by the Court
   here adjudged to him for his Costs and Charges by him about his Suite in
   this behalf laid out & expended And the Deft in mercy &ca
