   which from him he unjustly detaineth &ca.
    and whereupon the Said Daniel Dulahantee by Michael Howard
   his attry Complaineth that whereas the afd George Sanders on the Twenty
   fifth day of November in the Year of our Lord God one Thousand Seven
   hundred and Seventeen at S.t Pauls Parish in the County afd within the
   Jurisdiciõn of this Court by his certain bill obligatory which the Same
   Daniel with the Seale of the afd George Sanders Sorted here into Court brings
   whose date is the Same day and Year afd bound himself his heires Executors
   and Administrators in the afd Sume of four hundred ninety and four pounds
   of Tobacco in Cask of the Said value of five pounds Sterling money to be
   paid unto the Said Daniel Dulahantee his heires Executors Administrs
   or assignes Convenient in the Said County at or upon the tenth day of—
   December then next ensuing the date of the Said Bill obligatory and the
   afd Daniel in fact Saith that the afd George Sanders hath not paid unto
   the Same Daniel the afd four hundred and ninety four pounds of Tobacco
   in Caske of the afd value at or upon the Said tenth day of December
   which to him he ought to pay at or upon the Said tenth day of Decbr
   According to the forme and Effect of the Said Bill obligatory by which
   Action hath Accrued unto the Same Daniel to Recover and have from
   the afd George the afd four hundred and Ninety four pounds of Tobacco
   and Cask of the afd value of five pounds Nevertheless the afd George
   Sanders at the often required the afd four hundred and ninety four
   pounds of Tobacco and Cask of the afd value unto the Same Daniel as
   yet hath not paid but the Same to him to pay hitherto hath refused
   and Still doth refuse and Injustly detaine wherefore the Said Daniel
   Saith that he is the worse and hath damage tenn hundred pounds
   of Tobacco of the value of Tenn pounds Sterling money and thereof he
   brings Sute &ca.            M Howard pr Quer plds &ca. Jno Doe & Richd Roe
      oyer of the Said Bill
   Kent County in Maryland This bill bindeth me George Sanders of Kent County
   Carpender me my heires Executors Admrs. or assignes to pay or cause to be
   paid unto Daniel Delahantee of County & Province aforesaid Planter
   his heires Exrs Admrs. or assigns the full and Just Sume of four hundred
   ninety & four pounds of good Sound Merchantable Tobacco in Cask Con:
  :venient in Said County at or upon the tenth day of December next ensuing
   the day & date hereof as witness my hand and Seale this Twenty fifth
   day of November Anno Domi Seventeen hundred & Seventeen
