   His Lord Ship | Indictment for perjury found by the grand Jury –
                at | for proving a false Accot agt. a certain William
   Thomas Storey - | Emory But forasmuch as much as the matter
   ————,,——— | in the Same is not Sufficient to Support the —
   Same This Court here doth Quash the Same Indictmt: and that the
   Same be null & void.    Ordered by the Court here that the afd Thomas
   give Security for the fees on the afd Indictmt. M.r Thomas Bowne of
   Said County comes into Court and Saith that he will undertake for .
   the afd Thomas Storey the payment of all fees on the premises afd to
   the officers of this Court and thereupon the afd Thomas Storey is
   therefrom acquitt
