   And the afd Plt by Edward Mitchell his att^ry in fact (the S^d Plt being not
   an Inhabitant of this County) here present in Court undertakes for the Said
   Plt. the payment of the Deft Cost if the Plt Shall be cast in the Same
    And the afd Deft in his proper person comes and defends the force and
   injury when &c^a. and prays leave to imparle hereunto untill next Court And
   he hath it And the Same day is given to the Plt also ———

   undertakes for the S^d Plt if he Should be cast in y^e S^d Accõn that then he will
   pay y^e S^d Deft all his Costs & Charges &c^a.
      whereupon at the prayer of the Plt by his att^ry the Deft is adjudged
   to give Special baile to the accõn afd And the Sherf of Said County to keep
   the Said Deft in Safe Custody untill he Shall give Special baile as afd
