  TB Tho Cooke | This being an Accõn of Trespass on the Case Commenced by
              at | the Plt against the Said Deft And the Sherf of Said —
       Antho Baker | County to whom the Same writ was directed makes return to

the Court here Endorst Cepi Corpus pr me Simon Wilmer Sherf
   whereupon at the prayer of the Plt by Thomas Bowne his attry ye
   Deft is adjudged to give Special baile and that the Sherf of Said —
   County keep the Said Deft in Safe Custody untill he Shall give Special
   baile as afd   .    .   Thereupon Arthur Miller of of Said County Gent &
   Thomas Tolley of Baltemore County Gent present here in Court undertakes
   and either of them undertake Joyntly and Severally for the Said Anthony
   Baker that in Case the Said Thomas Cooke Shall recover Judgment in
   the plea afd against the Said Anthony Baker or that he the Said –
   Anthony Baker Shall be therein Convict that then he the Said —
   Anthony Baker Shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon
   or render his body to the Custody of the Sherf of Said County in—
   Satisfacion thereof or that the Said Arthur Miller and Thomas Tolley
   or one of them will do it for him
        And the afd Deft in his proper person comes and defends the —
   force and injury when &ca. And prays leave to imparle hereunto untill
   next Court And he hath it And the Same day is given to the Plt also –

Cepi Corpus pr me Simon Wilmer Sherf. The Plt not being an
   Inhabitant of Said County Joseph Read of Said County here present in Court under:
   :takes for the Same Plt that in Case the Said Plt Shall be cast in the Sd Accõn
   that if the plt doth not pay the Sd Deft. the Cost in the Same he will do it
   for him
        Thereupon William Mackoy of Said County Joyner present here in Court under[:]
  :takes for the Said John Ashmore that in Case the Said John Ball Shall recover
   Judgment in the plea afd against the Said John Asmore Shall be therein–
   Convict that then he the Said John Ashmore Shall pay the Condemnation of
   the Court thereupon or render his body to the Custody of the Sherf of Said County
   in Satisfaccõn thereof or that the Said William Mackey will do it for him
      and the afd Deft by David Macbride his attry comes and defends the
   force and injury when &ca. and prays leave to imparle hereunto untill next
   Court And he hath it And the Same day is given to the Plt also ————
