   afd against him brought nor can he Say but that the Said Plt. ought to Recover his
   Debt by Occation of the premises afd and Costs of Sute agst. him which the Said
   Plt does not gainsay Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the 18th day
   of June Anno Domi 1719 That the Said Gilbert Falconar Recover against
   the Said George Gleaves Junr. as well the Sume of Two Thousand four hundred
   Seventy two pounds of Tobacco his debt afd in forme afd Confessed as also the
   Sume of Three hudnred Sixty one pounds of Tobacco Costs by the Court here
   adjudged to him for this Costs and Charges by him about his Suite in this
   behalfe laid out & Expended and the Deft in mercy &ca

      Thereupon James Rae of Said County Innholder present here in Court .
    undertakes for the Said George Gleaves Junr. the payment of the Condemna[:]
   :tion afd of the Court thereupon   or that the Said George Gleaves Junr. Shall
    render his body to the Custody of the Sherf of Said County in Satisfacion thereof
    or that he the Said James Rae will do it for him

   return of Said writ comes ye Sherf of Sd County to whom the Same was –
   directed Likewise comes and makes return thereof Endorst Cepi Corpus Copy
   Decln Served in time pr me            Simon Wilmer Sherf
   Kent County Ss George Gleaves Junr of Kent County Planter alis Dics Geo —
   Gleaves Junr. of Kent County in the Province of Maryland Planter was Sumõned
   to Answer unto Gilbert Falconar of a plea that he Render him the full and
   Just Summe of Two Thousand one hundred and Eighty Six pounds of good and
   Sound Merchantable Tobacco Cleare of all trash and Ground leaves of the value
   of twenty pounds Sterling money which from him he unjustly detaines &ca.
      and whereupon the afd Plt by Thomas Bowne his attry Saith that
   whereas the afd Deft. the third day of February in the Year of our Lord –
   Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen at St. Pauls Parish
   in in Kent County within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court by his certain bill–
   obligatory which he the Said Deft Sealed with his Seale and as his delivered
   hereinto Court brought the date thereof is the Same day and Year afd bound &
   obliged himself his heires Execrs. Administrs in the afd Sume of Two Thousand
   one hundred and Eighty Six pounds of good and Sound Merchantable Tobacco
   Clear of all trash and Ground leaves of the value of twenty pounds Sterling
   money for the true payment of one Thousand and Ninety three pounds of
   good Sound Merchantable Tobacco Cleare of trash and Ground leaves in Casque
   to contain the Same of the value of tenn pounds Sterling money afd to the
