unto him the full and just quantety of one thousand two
   hundred pounds of good Sound Merchantable leaf Tobacco of the value of twelve
   pounds Sterling in good Cask w.ch from him they unjustly detain &ca. and whereup:
  :on the afd Plt. by John Johnson his attry Says that Whereas the afd Deft the
   Nineth day of March in the year of our Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred
   and Sixteen at the Parish of St. [blank] in the County afd & within the Jurisdiciõn
   of this Court by their certain writing or bill obligatory Sealed with the Seales
   of the Said Defts hereinto Court brought whose date is the day and year
   afd did Acknowledge themselves joyntly & Severally to be holden & firmly
   bound unto the Said Plt in the Said Sum of twelve hundred pounds of good
   Sound Merchantable leafe Tobacco of the afd value of twelve pounds Sterling
   in good Cask to be paid to the Said Plt convenient on Chester River when
   he Should be thereunto required yet nevertheless the afd Defts altho? often
   required the Said Sum of twelve hundred pounds of Tobacco of the Said value
   of twelve pounds Sterling or either of them hath not paid nor made Content
   but to pay the Same the Said Defts have hitherto refused & each of them
   Still doth refuse wherefore the Said Plt Saith he is worse and hath damage
   to the value of twelve pounds Sterling & thereupon he brings Sute &ca
