Howard his attry complaineth that whereas the afd
   William on the fourth day of November in the Year of our Lord one Thousand
   Seven hundred and fourteen at S.t Pauls Parish in Kent County within the —
   Jurisdiciõn of this Court at the Special Instance and request of the afd Dominick
   and to the proper use and behoofe of the afd Dominick [sold?] and delivered to –
   the afd Dominick the Severall quantites of Rum Cyder beer dyatt & Loding -
   and other Sutable ordinary Accomodations in an Acco.t hereunto Annexed
   Specifically Sett forth at the Several rates and prices in the Said Acct
   mentioned in the whole amounting unto the Sumes of four hundred and
   twenty pounds of Merchantable Tobacco In Consideration whereof his afd Dominick
   then and there last mentioned upon himself Assumed And unto the Same
   William faithfully promised that he the Said Dominick the afd Sume of
   four hundred and twenty pounds of Tobacco as afd unto the Same William
   when thereunto required would well and truly pay and Content and the afd
   William Indeed Say?th that the rum Cyder beer dyet & Lodgeing & other
   ordinary Accomodations Sold and delivered as afd at the time of the Sale and
   delivery thereof at reasonable rates and prices were worth and amounted to
   the Sume of four hundred & twenty pounds of Tobacco as afd in manner
   as in the Said Accot. Sett forth of which the Said Dominick then and there
   last mentioned had Notice Nevertheless the afd Dominick his promise
   and assumption afd nothing regarding but threatning and fraudulently —
   Intending him the afd William in this behafle craftily and Subtilly to deceive
   and defraud the afd four hundred and twenty pounds of Tobacco as afd or any
   part thereof according to his Promise and assumption afd unto the Same -
   William as Yet hath not paid nor in any Sort made Content altho? to do .
   the Same the afd Dominick on the tenth day of Aprill in the Year of our
   Lord Seventeen hundred and fifteen at the Parish County and Jurisdiciõn afd
   and often afterwards by the Same William he was thereunto required but
   the Same unto him the Said William hitherto hath denyed and Still doth
   deny and unjustly detain to the Damage of him the Said William eight
   hundred and fourty pounds of Tobacco as afd and thereupon he brings
