   vizt. Kent County Ss Richard Lee late of Kent County Merchant was
   Summoned to Answer unto William Comegys of a plea that he render
   unto him the Sume of two pounds eight Shillings and three pence Sterlg
   money which to him he oweth and Injustly detaineth &ca. And Whereupon
   the Same William by Michael Howard his attr Complaineth that where:
  :as the afd Richard Lee on the Twentieth day of November in the year
   Seventeen hundred and fourteen at S.t Pauls Parish in Kent County within
   the Jurisdiciõn of this Court hath accompted with the afd William of
   and for divers Sums of money unto the Same William by the afd
   Richard before that time due and payable & upon that accompting the
   afd Richard was found in arrearage unto Said William in the Said Sum
   of two pounds eight Shillings & Three pence Sterlg as by an Accot. hereunto
   annexed to which Said William Refers himself appears by which Action
   hath accrued unto the Same William to recover and have ye afd Sume
   of two pounds eight Shill.s & three pence from the afd Richard never:
   theless the afd Richard altho’ often required that is to Say on the day &
   year afd & at Severall other times Since at the parish afd within the Coty
   and Jurisdiciõn afd the afd two pounds eight Shills. and three pence unto
   the Same Plt William as yet hath not paid but the Same to him hitherto
   to render hath gainsayd & Still doth gainsay wherefore he Saith that
   he is the worse and hath damage to the value of Six pounds Sterlg money
   and thereof he brings Sute &ca.                                                              John Doe
