   the Said County at a Court held for Said County at the Court house in the Town of Chester
   in Said County on the twentieth day of March last Recovered against the Said William
   Sell whereof the Said William Sell is Convict as appears upon Record together with
   the Sume of Sixty pounds of Tobacco additionall Cost And the Same have you
   before the Justices of our Said County Court to be held at our Court house in the
   Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March next to Render
   unto the afd John Williams for his debt and Costs afd And have you then and
   there this writ witness Nathaniel Hynson Gent chiefe Justice of our Said
   Court this Twenty Second day of November in the fourth Year of our Dominion
   &ca. Anno Domini 1718

     Att which Said next Court vizt the Seventeenth day of March the Same
   year last mentioned the day of return of Said precept came Simon
   Wilmer Gent high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in
   these words thereon endorsed as folls vizt. By vertue of the within precept
   to me directed I certifie to ye Justices within mentioned that of the Goods
   & Chattells of the within named William Sell I have made to the valule of
   Three Thousand three hundred fifty Three pounds of Tobacco and have the —
   Same here vizt at the time and place within mentioned Ready to Render to
   the within mentioned John Williams in part of his debt & Cost within menti:
  :oned as by the Same writ I am Commanded &ca. Simon Wilmer Sherf .

   William Comegys | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County the
                at | twenty Second day of November in the fourth Year of
   Richd Lee—— | his Lordships Dominion &ca. That he take Richard
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Lee late of Kent County Merchant if he Should be found
   in his Bailywick and him Safe keep So that y.o have his body before His—
   Said Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the
   Town of Chester in Said County to answer unto William Comegys of a plea~
   that he render unto him the Sume of two pounds Eight Shillings and three
   pence Sterling money which to him he oweth and unjustly detaineth &ca.
   and that he have then and there the Said writ &ca. Att which Said next
   Court vizt. the Seventeenth day of March The Same year last mentioned
   the day of return of Said writ came Simon Wilmer Gent high Sherf of Said
   County and made return thereof in these words thereon endorsed as folls
   vizt. Non Est Inventus pr Simon Wilmer Sherf. And A Declaration
   being fild when Sued writ Issued forth (and a Copy thereof Sent there:
   with to be left with the attry of the afd Deft) which is as folls
