   maintaining a Child that was delivered of the afd Eliz.a Lock they being Serv:ts
   and by Law they are to maintain the afd Child between them—
   The afd James Dill comes into Court and acknowledges himselfe Indebted
   to his Lordship his heires and Successors in the Sume of twenty pounds
   Sterlg to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements —
   Conditionally that if he do not appear at the next Court to be held for Said
   County and to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on Accot.

   wherewith he is Content as he acknowledges
   Mr Gilbert Falconar afd comes into Court and acknowledges
   himselfe Indebted to his Lord Ship his heires and Successors in the

wee Command you that you take the body of John
   Trew of Kent County Planter if he Shall be found in your Bailywick and him
   Safe keep So that y.o have his body before the Justices of our next County
   Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County
   on the third Tuesday in March next to Satisfie unto William Glanvill
   of Said County Innholder Plt as well the Same of one pound Eight Shillings
   Currant money and five hundred and Six pounds of Tobacco Damages by the
   afd Plt Recovered against the Said Deft before the Justices of our Said Court
   on the Eighteenth day of June last whereof he is Convict as appears upon
   Record as also the Sume of Eight hundred and forty nine pounds of Tobo.
   and one half pound of Tobacco Cost of Sute as also together with the —
   Sume of forty Six pounds of Tobo additionall Cost hereof faile not at your
   perill and have y.o then and there this writ witness Nathaniel Hynson
   Gent. chiefe Justice of our Said Court this Twenty Second day of November
   in the fourth Year of our Dominion &ca. Anno Domi 1718
