   John Trewe of Kent County Planter if he Shall be found in your Bailywick &
   him safe keep So that y.o have his body before the Justices of our next County
   Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on
   the third tuesday in March next Satisfie unto Thomas Jones Plt as —
   well the Sume of one Thousand and Seventeen hundred pounds of Tobacco
   debt by the afd Plt Recovered against the Said Deft before the Justices
   of our Said Court on the Eighteenth day of June Last whereof he is Convict
   as appears upon Record as also the Sume of Ffour hundred and nine—
   pounds of Tobacco Cost of Sute as also together with the Sume of forty
   Six pounds of Tobacco additionall Cost hereof faile not at your perill and
   have y.o then and there this writ witness Nathl Hynson Gent chiefe
   Justice of our Said Court this Twenty Second day of November in the fourth
   year of our Dominion &ca. Anno Domini 1718 TBowne prqr. JamsSmith Clk
    Att which Court viz the Seventeenth day of March the Same year afd the
   day of return of Said writ came Simon Wilmer Gent. high Sherf of Said
   County and made return Thereof in these words Thereon Endorsed as folls vizt
   Cepi Corpus pr Simon Wilmer Sherf ———
   Bennett Lowe | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County the
               at | twenty Second day of November in the fourth year
   Garret Clossey | of his Lord Ships Dominion &ca. That he take Garrett
   ———//———
Clossey of Kent County Planter if he Should be found in
   his Bailywick and him safe keep So that y.o have his body before his Said
   Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held for said County at the Court~
   house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Bennett Lowe of
   a plea of Trespass upon the Case and that he have then and there the Said.
   writ &ca. Att which Said next Court vizt. the Seventeenth day of March the
   Same Year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ came Simon—
   Wilmer Gent. high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these
   words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Simon Wilmer Sherf
     and the afd Deft being called camed and the afd Plt by Thomas ——
   Bowne his attry prays that the afd Deft may give Special bail to the
   afd Accõn which is granted After which M.r John Johnson of this County
   comes into Court and acknowledges himselfe as Special bail in the afd Accõn
   and doth undertake for the afd Deft the payment of the Damages and Cost if
   the afd Deft Shall be cast in the Same and the Condemnation Shall not
   Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody of the Sherf of Said County deliver
   or that the afd John Johnson his attry appears to the afd Accõn
     and the Same was Continued untill the next Court
