   Court here That Simon Wilmer Sherf of Said County keep the afd William
   Usherwood in Custody untill he Shall give Scurety to Answer the Same
   at next Court .

   Mr. Arthur Miller acknowledges a Conveyance for fifty Acres of Land
   part of a tract Land called Arcadia to Elenor Gooding during her life
   and after her decease to her Son Thomas Lewis his heires & assigns for:

   Mr. John Johnson by vertue of a power of Attry from Mrs. Sarah Miller
   wife of the afd Arthur Miller acknowledges the Same Conveyance as afd.

              at | his proper person appears to the Same ordered by the
   James Dill | Court here that his Recognize and his Suretys Recoge. be

   James Dill afd at the Same time afd his Recog.e taken in the Sume of —
   fifteen pounds Sterlg to be Leveyd &ca. Conditionally that if he did not—
   appear at this Court to answer unto what Should be objected against him
   on Acco.t of a Certain Indictm.t found by the Grand Jury at the last Court for
   his Committing fornication with a Certain Eliz.a Lock and in the mean time
   he was to be of good behaviour and now at this Court no person Shewing
   any cause why the afd Recognizance Should not be discharged This Court
   here discharges the Same Recognizance
   Likewise at the Same time afd William Brown of this County entered into
   Recogniz.e in the Sume of fifteen pounds Sterlg to be Leveyd Conditionally
   that if he did not appear at this Court and Answer as afd and in the mean
   time he was to be of good behaviour This Court here discharges the Same
   Recognize-
    Att November Court last the Grand Jury prsented the afd James Dill
   and the Same was by John Johnson Clarke of the Indictments framed into a
   bill which folls vizt. Kent County Ss The Jurors for the Honble. the Lord propr.
   and the body of Kent County on their Oath do prsent that James Dill late
