March Court 1718 211 Shewing any cause why the Said Recognize Should not be discharged This Court here discharges the Same Likewise Alexander Mecay and Robert Mecay entered into Recogniz.e the Same time afd in the Sume of Tenn pounds Sterlg each for the appearance of the afd George Mecay and to answer as afd and in the mean while he was to be of good behaviour No person Shewing any cause why the Same Recognizances ought not to be discharged This Court here discharges the Same ordered by the Court here that the afd George enter into Recognizance with Suretys for his appearance to the next Court George Mecay comes into Court and Acknowledges himselfe Indebted to his Lord Ship his heires and Successors in the Sume of Twenty pounds Sterlg to be Leveyd on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County and to Answer unto all Such Things as Shall at the Same Court to be objected against him on his Lord Ships behalfe and that in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour wherewith he acknowledges himselfe Content Likewise came into Court Robert Mecay and Roger Hix both of this County and acknowledged themselves Indebted to his Lord Ship his heires and Successors in the Sume of Tenn pounds Sterlg each to be Leveyed on their goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd George Mecay do not appear and answer as afd and in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour wherewith they acknowledge themselves to be Content

Conditionally that if he afd William Usherwood did not appear and - Answer as afd and in the Mean time he was to be of good behaviour And now at this Court no person Shewing any cause why the afd Recognizances Should not be discharged This Court here discharges the Same Recognizances Mr Lambert Wilmer one of his Lord Ships Justices of the Sd Court that a Certain Mary Hussey proved before him that the afd Wm Usherwood was the person that begatt her With Child which Child is now become as a Charge on this County And the afd Mary is Since deceased ordered by the Court |
