204 March Court 1718 be Leveyed on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County and then and there to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lord Ships behalf on Account of his begitting a Child on the body of a Certain Ann Kennard and that in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour wherewith he acknowledges himself Content Likewise came into Court Benjamin Blackledge and Daniel Perkins both of this County And Acknowledged themselves Indebted to his Lord Ship his heires and Successors in the Sume of five pounds Sterlg Each to be Leveyed on their goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd William Debruler Shall not appeare at the next County Court to be held for Said County And to Answer as afd And that in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour wherewith they acknowledge themselves to be Content
