And the Same being Read as afd She Saith that She Cannot gainsay but that She is guilty as afd And Submits to the court on the Same Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt. this Nineteenth day of March Annoque Domini one thousand Seven hundred and Eighteen That the afd Ann Kennard Pay the Sume of Thirty Shillings Currant money her fine for Committing the offence of fornication afd According to Law and also pay the Sume of one hundred and Eighty two pounds of Tobacco fees accruing on the premises afd &ca ordered by the Court here that the afd Ann Kennard prove the person that Committed the fornication afd with her the afd Ann being Sworn on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God Saith That William Debruler was the person that did begitt the base born Child She last bore for which She Stands Indicted as afd. ordered by the Court here that there be allowed to the person where She was delivered the Sume of four hundred pounds of Tobo. Ffor trouble and Charge for bringing the afd Ann to bead and in looking after her the time She lay Inn by the afd Ann Kinnard and William Debruler on which William Debruler of Said County was called who came and in his proper person appeared in Court And it is ordered by the Court here that the afd William as reputative father of the afd Child Enter into Recogni: :zance with good Suretys in the Sume of forty pounds of Tobo pr month [untill?] the Child may be burthensome to the County for the maintenance of the Same William Debruler afd comes into the Court and Acknowledges himselfe Indebted to the afd Ann Kennard In the Summe of forty pounds of Tobacco to be paid to her every Month She keeps and maintains the afd Child untill the afd Child may be no further burthensome to the County wherewith he acknowledges himselfe Content Benjamin Blackledge and Daniel Perkins both of this County Acknow: :ledges themselves Indebted to the afd Ann Kinnard in the Sume of twenty - pounds of Tobacco Each pr month to be paid to her every month She keeps and maintains the afd Child (untill the afd Child may be no farther burthensome to the County) if the afd William Debruler do not pay it himself where with they acknowledge themselves to be therewith Content. ordered by the Court here that the afd William Debruler enter into .
