    Nathl Pearce of this County brings into Court a Power of Attorney from a —
   Certain Hannah Goodhand bearing date the Twenty Seventh day of Febry last
   to Mr Samuel Wallis of this County to make over a tract of Land to Nathl Pearce —
   called Stoneton Containing five hundred Acres   Antho Debruler proves that he
   did See the Same Power of attry Signed Sealed and delivered for the uses in the Same
   Contained Likewise Edward Crew an other Evide. to the Same proves the Same as
   afd also Jonas Crew an Evide to the Same proves the Same as afd
                                                                            Goodhand & Sarah his wife
      Also an other Power of attry from a Certain Marmaduke^ to ye uses afd to —
   make over their Right of the afd five hundred Acres of Land The afd Evides.
   proves as afd that they did See the afd Marmaduke Tilden and Sarah his wife
   Signe Seale and deliver the Same for the uses therein Contained ——

   money afd one Gold ring of the value of nine Shills. Currant money afd five
   pieces of uncoined broken Silver of the value of five Shills. and two pence Currant
   money afd and the Sume of one pound Seventeen Shills Currant money of Maryland
   in the whole Amounting to three pounds four Shills. and five pence Currant money
   of Maryland by force and Arms &ca. At Langfords bay Lower hundred in the Parish
   County & Jurisdiciõn afd the day and Year afd found being the proper Goods and —
   Cattells of a certain person to the Jurors unknown ) did feloniously take Steal &
   bear away against the peace of our Said Lord Proprietarie his rule and dignity &
   against the form of an Act of Assembly now in force in Such Case made & provided
