   P The within Plt proves the within Acco^t. to be just and true as —
   within Stated for the Sume of Seven hundred & ninety pounds of Tobacco
   proved in open Court

    and the afd Plt by his afd att^ry prays that the Said Deft to his Declⁿ
   afd in forme afd may answer This Court gives rule to the Said Deft to
   plead in twelve hours otherwise Judgment to be rendered for the want of the
   Same after which time The afd Deft having put in no plea to the afd —
   Accõn by which the Said Plt may Still remain undefended Therefore
   it is Considered by the Court here viz^t this Twenty first day of—
   November Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Eigh=

   pounds of Tobacco Damages as also the Sume of two hundred Eighty
