   Trespass on the Case   and that he have then and there the Said writ &ca.
    Att which Said next Court vizt. the Eighteenth day of June Anno Domini one
   Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen the day of return of Said writ came
   William Frisby Gent. high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in
   these words thereone endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf —
     and the Said Deft in his proper person appeared to the afd Accõn and prayd
   liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to answer at then next Court which^wasis
   granted the Same day was given the Plt in like manner
     Att which Said next Court viz the twentieth day of August the Same Year
   last mentioned the Said cause was Continued untill the then next Court
      Att which Said next Court vizt. the nineteenth day of November the Same
   year last mentioned the Said Cause was Continued untill the then next Court
      Att which said next Court vizt. the Eighteenth day of March the Same
   year last mentioned the Said Cause was Continued untill the then next Court
       Att which Said next Court vizt the Seventeenth day of June Anno
