   justly due   being Three pounds Seven Shills. and Eleaven pence
      and the Said Plt. by his attry afd Prayd Jugment for an Attachment agst.
   the Goods and Chattells Rights or Credits of the afd Deft~ for the afd Sume of~
   Three pounds Seven Shillings and Eleven pence Currant money and the Cost
   thereon accruing :    Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt. this
   Twentieth day of March Annoq Domini One Thousand Seven hundred
   and Seventeen That the afd Plt~. Simon Wilmer have an Attachment~
   against the Goods Chattells Rights or Credits of the Said Deft~ Charles —
   Glover as well for the afd Sume of Three pounds Seven Shillings and
   Eleven pence Damages on Accot. of the Said Deft~ his not performing his
   promise and assumption afd as also the Sume of Two hundred fifty —
   nine pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt about his Sute in this ——

   whereas ye afd Laughlin Flinn in ye Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand —
   Seven hundred and fifteen and untill this time was at old Chester Town in~
   Kent County afd and within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court an approved Innholder
   and ordinary keeper and as Such Sold vended and delivered to divers the
   Inhabitants of this province and others, Liquors and found provided
   & deliverd other Suteable Accomodations during which Said time of the
