   Macbride one of the attrys of this Court in the afd Accõn for the afd Deft on
   which the Said Deft by David Macbride his attry appears to the above
   Accõn Declaration fild in the afd Accon before writ Issued and a Copy thereof
   Sent and Served according to Act of Assembly in Such Cases made &ca. and
   Plea being fild to the Same  The Court Continues the Said Accõn untill
   the then next Court in Course

   Edward Warner | his Lord Ships Dominion &ca. That he take Edward ——

Warner late of Kent County Merch.t if he Should be
   found in his Bayliwick and him Safe keep So that he have his body before
   his Said Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the
   Town of Cheseter in Said County to answere unto John March of a plea of—
   Trespass upon the Case And that he have then and there the Said writ &ca.
   Att which Said next Court vizt. the Eighteenth day of November the Same
   year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ came Simon Wilmer
   Gent. high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon
   Endorsed as folls viz Non Est Inventus pr Simon Wilmer Sherf
   and Short note Expressing the cause of Accõn and copy thereof to be deliverd
   the Defts attry according to Act of assembly in Such Case made was as —
   folls vizt. Maryland Kent County Ss. John March against Edward Warner
   In Case The true Cause of Accõn is that the afsd Edward Stands Indebted to
   the Said John in the Sum of four pounds Six Shillings & three pence
   farthing Starling money for So much money had and received to the
   use of the Said John by the Said Edward &ca TBowne pr Querr -
