   And now at this Court came the afd Plt by his afd attry and prays that he may have
   Judgment for an attachment against the goods and Chattells rights and Credits of~
   the afd Deft for the afd Sume of Ffour pounds Six Shillings and three pence
   farthing Sterling and Cost thereon accruing: Therefore it is Considered by —
   the Court here vizt. this Twenty first day of November Annoq Domini one Thousand
   Seven hundred and Eighteen That the afd Plt John March have an——
   attachment against the goods and Chattells Rights and Credits of the afd Deft
   Edward Warner for the afd Sume of Ffour pounds Six Shillings and three pence
   farthing Sterling Damages and also the Sume of one hundred ninety Six——
   pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt about his Sute in this behalfe expended
   &ca. ——

Bayliwick and him Safe keep So that he have his
   body before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in
   the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in November next to
   Satisfie unto Timothy Hurley Plt as well the Sume of Three pounds Currant
   money damages by the afd Plt Recovered against the Said Deft before the
   Justices of our Said Court on the Twenty first day of March last whereof he is —
   Convict as appears upon as also the Sume of one Thousand five hundred —
   and Twenty five pounds of Tobacco Cost of Sute as also as also together with
   the Sume of forty Six pounds of Tobacco additionall Cost thereof fail not
   at your perill and have you then and there this writ witness Nathaniel
   Hynson Gent chiefe Justice of our Said Court this Twenty Second day of—
   August in the fourth Year of our Dominion &ca. Annoq Domini 1718
