   appear here to this Court the Said Mary to be the Executrix of that Testamt.
   together with the afd Henry whom the afd Mary Survied and thereupon to
   have administration &ca——

   and now at this Said Court came the afd Plts by their attry and prays
   that they may have Judgment for an Attachment against the goods &
   Chattells Rights and Creditts of the afd Edward Warner: Therefore it
   is Considered by the Court here vizt. this Twenty first day of November
   Annoq Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Eighteen That the
   afd Plts James Heath and Mary his wife Executrix as afd have—
   an Attachment against the goods and Chattells Rights and Creditts of
   the afd Edward Warner for the afd Sume of two pounds five Shillings
   and Six pence Sterling and also the Sume of Three hundred Eighty
   three pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plts about their Sute in this .
   behalf expended and by the Court here of their assent adjudged &ca

               at | the forth Year of his Lord Ships Dominion &ca That
   Domi Kenslagh— | he take Dominick Kenslaugh late of Kent ~

County Planter if he Should be found in your
   Bayliwick and him Safe keep So that he have his body before his Said^Lord
   Ships Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of
   Chester in Said County to answer unto William Glanvill of a plea of
   Trespass of the Case and that he have then and there the Said writ &ca.
     Att which Said next Court vizt. the Eighteenth day of November the
   Same Year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ came Simon Wilmer
   Gent. high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon
   endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr   Simon Wilmer Sherf
   and now at this Court vizt. the Same day last mentioned the afd Deft
   being called came and the afd Plt. by Michael Howard his attry prays —
   that the Said Deft. may give Special bail to the afd Accõn which is ——
   granted and that he be kept in Safe Custody by the Sherrf of Said County.
   untill he Should give Special bail as afd
   After which Ebenezr Blackiston of Said County here in Court cometh &
   acknowledged himselfe as Special bail in the afd Accõn and doth under[:]
  :take for the afd Deft. the payment of the damages in the afd Accon and —
   Cost thereon accruing if the Said Plt Should obtain Judgment in the Same
   and the Deft Condemnation Should not Satisfie nor himselfe to the—
   Custody of the Sherf of Said County deliver or that the afd Ebenezer— -
   Blackiston the body of the Said Deft Should not render
      The afd Deft prays that one of the attrys of this Court may be
   assigned him in this Accõn on which the Court assignes David —
