   proper use and behoofe of the afd Deft as in Accot hereunto Annexed Sett
   forth upon himselfe assumed and to the Said Plt then and there last —
   mentioned faithfully promised that he the Said Deft So much Merchan:
  :table Tobacco as the afd Plt for the afd last mentioned Services done
   and performed as afd Should reasonably deserve to the Said Plt when
   hereunto required would well and truly pay and Content and the
   afd Plt. Indeed Saith that for the afd Services last mentioned —
   done and performed as afd he reasonably deserved the Sume of four
   hundred and Sixty four pounds of Merchantable Tobacco in manner
   as in the afd Acco.t Set forth of which the afd Deft then and there
   last mentioned had Notice Nevertheless the afd Deft his Severall
   promises and assumptions afd in forme afd made little regarding but
   fraudulently Intending the Said Plt in that behalf Craftilly and Subtilly
   to deceive and defraud the afd Severall Sumes of Tobacco in the whole
   amounting to Nine hundred and twenty eight pounds of Merchant:
  :able Tobacco to the Said Plt hath not paid nor made Content for
   the Same altho’ that to do the afd Deft by the afd Plt afterwards
   vizt. the third day of March in the Year afd and often after at the Parish
   County and Jurisdiciõn afd was thereunto required But the afd Sume of
   Nine hundred and twenty eight pounds of Merchantable Tobacco to the
   Said Plt to pay the Said Deft hitherto hath denied and Still doth denie
   to the damage of him the Said Plt one Thousand Eight hundred and
   fifty Six pounds of like Tobacco afd and thereupon he brings Sute &ca

   and now at this Court vizt. this twenty first day of November Anno Domi
   one Thousand Seven hundred and Eighteen came ye afd Plt by his afd Attry and
   the Said Deft in his proper person appeared to the above accõn and Saith
   that he Cannot gainsay the Accõn afd of him the Said Plt nor but that he
   is Indebted to the afd Plt the afd Sume of four hundred and Sixty four pounds
   of Tobacco and is willing that Judgment Should be entred for the Same and
   Cost thereon accruing: Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt. the
   Same day last mentioned That the afd Plt John Young do recover agst-
   the Said Deft William Woodland as well the afd Sume of Ffour hundred
   Sixty four pounds of Tobacco Damages as also the Sume of Three——
   hundred and four pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt about his Sute
   in this behalfe Expended and by the Court here of his assent adjudged and
   the Said Deft in mercy &ca—
