   Talbot Com^r:ss July 24^th 1718 Then Came John Sinnott before us the
   Subscribers & proved the above Acco^t in due forme According to Law
                                                                            W^m: Clayton
                                                                            Tho: Emerson
   and now at this Court viz^t. this Twenty first day of November Anno Dom
   one Thousand Seven hundred and Eighteen Came the afd Plt by John
   Johnson his attorney and the afd Deft in his proper person appeared to
   the afd Accõn and Saith that he Cannot gainsay the Same nor but that he
   is indebted to the afd Plt the ballance of the above Acco^t. being five —
   pounds thirteen Shillings and four pence half penny Currant money and is
   willing that Judgment Should be entered for the Same and Cost thereon
   accruing= Therefore it is Considered by the Court here viz^t. the Same
   day last mentinoned That the afd Plt John Sinnott do recover against
   the Said Deft. Laughlin Flinn as well the afd Sume of ffive pounds
   thirteen Shillings and four pence half penny Currant Money Damages
   and also the Sume of Three hundred thirty Eight pounds of Tobacco Cost
   by the afd Plt about his Sute in this behalf expended and by the Court
   here of his assent adjudged and the Said Deft in mercy &c^a.

John Mading —	\|	that all proceedings therein Cease &c^a. And that the Said
		Plts pay unto the Sd Deft his Cost Expended in the Sd
