   Johnson in the hands of the afd Plt one old Boat Sailes and Rigen of the —
   value of three pounds tenn Shillings Currant money be Condemned to the
   use of the afd Plt and that he have thereof Execution  he giving Securty

   on which James Smith comes into Court and acknowledged that if in Case the
   afd Charles Johnson by himself or his attr Shall appear to the orriginall
   Accõn and make it appear that the Same is Satisfied or Shall discompt any
   part thereof that then the Said James Smith Shall make restitution if the
   goods and Chattells So attached or the value thereof &ca.

County Innholder if he Should be found in his
   Bailywick and him Safe keep So that he have his body before his
   Said Lord Ships Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court
   house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto John—
   Sinnott of a plea of Trespass on the Case And that he have then &
   there the Said writ &ca. Att which Said next Court vizt. the Eighteenth
   day of November the Same Year last mentioned the day of return—
   of Said writ came Simon Wilmer Gent high Sherf of Said County &
   made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt. —
   Cepi Corpus pr Simon Wilmer Sherr And a Copy Declaration being
   fild therewith and a Copy thereof Served therewith According to Act
   of Assembly in Such cases made was as folls vizt. Maryland Kent
   County Ss Laughlin Fflinn late of Kent County Innholder was attached to
   Answer unto John Sinnott of a plea of Trespass on the Case and -
   Whereupon the Said Plt by John Johnson his attorney —
   Complains for that whereas the afd Deft the third day of November
