   Richard Willis of this County Acknowledges a Conveyance for two
   hundred Acres of Land part of a tract called Cunney Warren to Willam

      Grand Jury returns to the barr the bills of Indictment as folls vizt.
   one against Edward Skinner for Stealing one black Horse
   one against Margret Oagle (Sert to James Wilson) for Committing fornication
   one against Hannah Litman fornication dr Molato Child
   one against Margret Murrough fornication dd Molato Child Sert to Colo Tho Smyth
   one against Mary Neale fornication dd Child
   one against Elenor Hissitt assaulting Wm Elliott
   one against Wm Elliott assaulting Elenor Hissett
   one against Same working on the Lords day &ca ———
      Grand jury discharged and allowed at Wm Glanvills five hundred —
   pounds Tobacco the Same to be allowed him in the Levey ———
   His Ld Ship — | Kent County Ss The Jurors for the Lord proprietarie and
           at | the body of Kent County on their Oath do present that Elizabeth
   Eliza Lock Servt | Lock late of Langfords bay upper hundred Spinster Servt to
   to Peter Green | Peter Green the first day of March in the Year of our Lord

one Thousand Seven hundred & Seventeen at the Parish of—
   St. Pauls in the County afd and within the Jurisdiccon of this Court the fear of
   God before her Eyes not having but by the Instigation of the devill did Commit
   fornication with a Certain James Dill to the high displeasure of almighty God
   to the evill and pernicious example of others and against the peace of our Said
   Lord Propry his rule and dignity and against the form of an Act of Assembly
   of this Province now in force in Such Cases made and Provided ——

   Under the preceeding bill was as folls vizt. True Bill Cha Ringgold foreman
   and the afd Eliz.a in her proper person appeared to the afd Indictment
   ordered by the Court here that the afd Eliza prove the begittr of the afd
   Child The afd Eliz having taken her oath on the holy Evangelists of—
   Almighty God Saith that a Certain James Dill was the person that
   begatt her with Child which was the last She bore   And the Same Submits
   to the Court and Saith that She Cannot gainsay but that She is —
   guilty as above Sett forth against her Therefore it is Considered
   by the Court here vizt. this twentieth day of November Annoq Domini one
   Thousand Seven hundred and Eighteen That the afd Elizabeth Lock —
   have on her bare back thirteen Lashes till the blood appear for her
   offence as also that She pay the Sume of Three hundred and Twenty
   nine pounds of Tobacco Cost arrising on the premises afd
   It is Considered by the Court here vizt. the Same day last mentioned
   That the Sherrife of Said County take the afd Elizabeth Lock to
