   Mr. William Comegys Mr Michael Miller Mr. John March and Mr Samuel Wickes
    they take their places and Sitts on the bench
     There being allowed In the Publique Levey to this County Seven hundred &
   twenty pounds of Tobacco for provideing boats to Carry the deligates of this County
   to the assembly The Court orders the Same be devided as folls vizt. two hundred
   and Seventy thereof to James Harris Esq.r two hundred and Seventy thereof to
   Colo Nathaniel Hynson and the remaining part being one hundred and —
   Eighty to Capt St. Leager Codd ———
     Arthur Miller as an Evide. Sworn & Sent to the Grand Jury ——

     Gideon Pearce as afd
     Roger Hix as afd
   The Ld prpry . | Recognizance taken by Colo Edward Scott for his appearance
           at | to this Court The Same in his proper person appears to the
   Wm Usherwood | Same   ordered by the Court here that his Recognizance

and his Suretys be discharged
   Wm Usherwood afd his Recognizance taken as afd in the Sume of tenn
   pounds Sterling for his appearance to this Court and to answer unto what Should
   be objected against him on his Lord Ships behalf this Court here discharges
   the Same Recognizance
    Charles Smith Entered into Recognizance as afd in the Sume of Tenn pounds
   Sterling for the appearance of the afd William Usherwood and that he Should
   answer as afd This Court here discharges the Same Recognizance
    ordered by the Court here that the afd William Usherwood give Security for
   his appearance at next Court & good behaviour in the mean time
     William Usherwood afd Acknowledges himself indebted to his Lord Ship his
   heires and Successors in the Sume of Tenn pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on his
   goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if He Shall not make
   his appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County to answer unto Shall
   all Such things as Shall be objected against him on his Lord Ships behalf &
   that in the meantime to be of good behaviour wherewith he Acknoweldges
   himself Content
    Charles Smith & Wm Duas acknowledges themselves indebted to his Lord
   Ship his heires & Successors in the Sume of ffive pounds Sterling each to be Leveyed
   on their goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd
   Wm Usherwood Shall not appear and answer as afd and in the meantime
   he is to be of good behaviour wherewith they acknowledge themselves
