   ordered by the Court here that the Same George Mecay enter into Recognizance
   with Suretys for his appearance to next Court And in the meantime to be of good
   behaviour &ca.
       After which the afd George Mecay comes into Court and acknowledges —
   himself indebted to his Lord Ship his heires and Successors in the Sume of Twenty[?]
   pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements
   Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance at the next
   Court to be held for this County and then to answer unto all Such things as
   Shall be objected against him on his Lord Ships behalf and that in the
   mean time to be of good behaviour wherewith he acknowledges himselfe
   therewith Content
      Alexander Mecay and Robert Mecay comes into Court and acknowledges
   themselves indebted to his Lord Ship his heires and Successors in the Sume of
   tenn pounds Sterling each to be Leveyed on their goods and Chattells Lands
   and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd George Mecay Shall not make
   his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for this County and to —
   Answer as afd and that in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour —
   wherewith they acknowledges themselves therewith Content —————
        Robert Mecay as an Evide. Sworn and Sent to the Grand Jury
        Benjamin Blackledge Sworn as afd
        Thomas Wilkins brings his negro boy called Ralph to have his
        age adjudged On view of the Same It is Considered by the Court here That
        the Same negro is twelve Years old ———

        John Sutton Acknowledges a Conveyance for his right of Morgans Creek
      Mill to Daniel Perkins ———
        John Sutton brings a Servt. man of his named George Comber who he
        Saith hath absented his Service without Liberty forty days The Said Servt.
        Saith that he cannot Say any thing to the Contrary and is willing that Judgment
        Should be entered against him for four hundred days According to Act of——
        assembly in Such Cases made &ca. Therefore it is Considered by the Court here
        vizt. this nineteenth day of November Anno Domini One Tousand Seven—
        hundred and Eighteen That the Said George Comber at the Expiration of his —
        time of Service his then Master the Space of ffour hundred days &ca.

        The Grand Jury returns four bills of Indictments vizt. one ag.st Eliza Lock
        for Commiting fornication
        one against James Dill for Committing fornication with Eliz.a Lock
        one against Rachel Nusum for Committing fornication
        one against John Haynes for Committing fornication with Rachel Nusum—
