   Articles of the Church of England &ca   he also Subscribes the afd Oath
   of abjuration and Test —————
   A Road that leads through by the way of Capt Harmanus Skees and Mr
   Thomas Bownes to Shrewsbury Church The Same is adjudged from hence
   forth not to be a publique Road
        Court adjourns till Tomorrow morning Eight Clock ———

   Mr William Comegys and Mr Samuel Wickes takes their places and —
        Sitts on the bench—
           Laughlin Flinn for keeping ferry over Chester River for this County
   at the old Town the Ensuing Year and to be allowed in the Levey for doing
   Same at November Court next the Sume of Three Thousand pounds of Tobacco
           Daniel Flinn agrees with the Court to keep a certain lame boy
   (the Son of John Dunnahow) at one hundred pounds of Tobacco for every month
   the Ensuing Year and for the Same to find him in victuals Cloathing washing and
   Lodging &ca. And the allowance afd to be paid at next November Court ——
         John Faning of this County brings his negro boy called Pompey to have
   his age adjudged on view of the Same It is Considered by the Court here vizt.
   that the Same boy is Six Years old

           Samuel Tovey (Son of Samuel Tovey late of Said County decd) being
   more then fourteen Years old Chooses Mr. Thomas Ringgold of this County his
   Guardian——
           Rachel Newsum Sworn as an Evid.e and Sent to the Grand Jury ——
           Elenor Hissett Sworn as afd
   His Ld Ship | Recognize. returnd by M.r Lamb.t Wilmer one of his Lord Ships
        at | Justices of the peace for sd County for his appearance to this Court
   George Mecay | The Same in his proper person appears to the Same recognize.
   ——————— ordered by the Court here that his Recognize and his Suretys .
   recognizances for his appearance be discharged
     George Mecay afd his Recognizance being taken as afd in the Sume of Twenty
   pounds Sterling for his appearance to this Court and to answer unto what Should
   be objected against him on his Lordships behalf &ca. No person Shewing any
   cause why the Same recognizance Should not be discharged this Court here
   discharges the Same—
      John Clayton and Alexander Mecay Entered into Recognizance each in
   the Sum of tenn pounds Sterling for the appearance of the afd George Mecay
   to answer as afd This Court here discharges the Same recognizances each of
