   against the Goods and Chattells Rights or Credits of the afd Deft~ for the
   afd Sume of Nineteen hundred and Twenty Six pounds of Tobacco and -
   Cost thereon Accruing :    Therefore it is Considered by the Court here
   vizt. this Twentieth day of March Annoque Domini One Thousand
   Seven hundred and Seventeen That the afd Plts James Smith and Richard
   Bennett have an Attachment~ against the Goods and Chattells Rights
   or Creditts of the afd Deft~ Charles Glover as well for the afd Sume of~
   Nineteen hundred Twenty Six pounds of Tobacco Damages on Account
   of the Said Deft his not performing his promise and assumption afd as
   also the Sume of Two hundred Seventy one pounds of Tobacco Cost~. by the
