August Court 1718 141 Saith that he Cannot gainsay the Indictment afd but that he is guilty of what is in the Same Mentioned and thereupon Submits to the Court Therefore it is Considered by pay the Sume of Six pounds of Tobacco for his offence afd of not performing what he was obliged to for the afd orphan William Duerty and also pay the Sume of Three hundred pounds of Tobacco Cost accruing on the premises afd to the officers of this Court Jams Smith Clk Ebenezr Blackiston appointed over Sear of the Roads as folls vizt: from Poplar Branch to the Church from the Runn By John Fanings to James Harris Esqrs. from Colo Nathl Hynsons layne to to Ebenizr. Blackistons and from James Harris Esqr to the Church The Same to take into his limits from Nicholas Joces to John Tildens Danl. Ferrils Mr. Alexandr Williamsons and to James Thomas and all the Taxables in the Same to be in ye Sd over Sears limits Daniel Ferrill being Sumd as an Evidence for the Lord Proprietarie & James Harris^Esqragainst Sarah Jewers Proves he attended three days ordered by the Court here that the afd James Harris Esqr. pay him Ninety pounds of Tobo. for his attendance afd Court adjourns till Tomorrow morning Eight Clock
