      and the afd Plt. came into Court and being Sworn Saith That the
   above Accot. is Just and true and that he hath Received neither part
   nor parcell thereof and that the afd Nine pounds Seventeen Shillings
   is Justly due—— and the afd Plt. by Thomas Bowne his attry Prays —
   Judgment for an Attachment it appearing to the Court that the Short note
   was left &ca. Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt. this
   Twenty first day of August Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred
   and Eighteen That the afd Plt Nathaniel Hynson for the afd Summe
   of Nine pounds Seventeen Shillings Currant money Damages as also
   the Sume of Two hundred and Twenty Six pounds of Tobacco Cost by
   the afd Plt about his Sute in this behalfe laid out and that the afd Plt
   have an Attachment against the Goods and Chattells Rights and —
   Creditts of the afd Charles Johnson for the Sumes afd according to .
   Act of Assembly in Such Case made &ca.

:lywick & him Safe keep So that he have his body before
   his Said Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of
   Chester in Said County to Answer unto The Rt. Honble. the Lord Baron of Baltemore —
   absolute Lord and Proprietary of this Province and to Laughlin Flin who as well
   for the Sd Lord Proprietary as for himselfe prosecuteth against the Said Christopher
   Bateman of a plea that he render unto the Said Lord Proprietary and the Said —
   Laughlin two Thousand pounds of Tobacco of the value of Twenty pds Sterg wch.
   from the Said Ld propry. and the Said Laughlin he Injustly detaineth &ca. And that
   he have then and there the Said writ &ca.  .  .  .  .   Att which Said next Court
   vizt. the nineteenth day of August the Same Year last mentioned the day of
   return of Said writ Came Simon Wilmer Gent high Sherf of Said County and —
