   alis Dics Robert Gray in Kent County Planrt if he Shall be found in your
   Bailywick and him Safe keep So that you have his body before the Justices
   of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in
   Said County on the third tuesday in August next to Satisfie unto Edward
   Skinner Plt as well the Sume of Seven hundred pounds of Tobacco Debt
   by the afd Plt Recovered against the Said Deft before the Justices of our
   Said Court on the Twentieth day of March last whereof he is Convict as appears
   upon Record as also the Sume of Three hundred and one pounds of Tobacco
   Cost of Sute as also the Sume of forty Six pounds of Tobacco additionall
   Cost hereof faile not at your perill and have you then and there this writ
   witness Nathaniel Hynson Gent chiefe Justices of our Said Court this
   Nineteenth day of June in the fourth year of his Lord Ships Dominion &ca.

   Att which Said next Court viz the nineteenth day of August the Same
   year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ came Simon Wilmer
   Gent high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words —
   thereon Endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr S:Wilmer Sherf ——
   Nathl Hynson | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County the
               at | nineteenth day of June in the fourth year of his
   Charles Johnson | Lord Ships Dominion &ca. That he take Charles

Johnson Late of Kent County Mariner if he Should
   be found in his Bailywick and him Safe keep So that he have his body —
   before the Justice of our next County to be held at our Court house in
   the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Nathaniel Hynson of
   a plea of Trespass of the Case and that he have then and there the Said
   writ &ca.  .  . Att which Said next Court vizt. the nineteenth day of August
   the Same year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ came Simon
   Wilmer Gent. high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these
   words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt. Non Est Inventus pr S:Wilmer Sherf
   and a Short note being fild when Said writ Issued forth and a Copy
   thereof Sent therewith Expressing [the?] true cause of Accõn to be left at the last place
   of the Defts abode according to Act of Assembly in Such Case made was as folls viz
   Kent County Ss Nathaniel Hynson against Charles Johnson Trespass on the Case the
   true Cause of Accon is that the afd Deft. Stands Indebted to the afd Plt the Sume
   of Nine pounds Seventeen Shillings Currant money as by Accot hereto Annext
   appears and for which the afd Deft hath made no Satisfaciõn to the afd
