   Bowne his attry prays Judgment for Attachment it appearing to the Court that
   the Short note Expessing the Cause of Accon was left according to Act of Assembly
   in Such Case made And the Sherf of Said County declares that the Short note
   was left &ca.   .   Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt. this Twenty
   first day of August Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and —
   Eighteen That the afd Plt James Smith for the afd Sume of five pounds
   fifteen Shillings and Seven pence farthing Currant money and Two Thousand
   foot of inch Plank to the value of Eight pounds Currant money Damages as
                                                             Cost by ye afd Plt in this [illegible] laid out [illegible]
   also the Sume of Three hundred and thirty Six pounds of Tobacco ^ have an
   Attachment against the Goods and Chattells Rights and Credits of the afd
   Charles Johnson for the afd Severall Sums according to Act of assembly in

Dics Thos. Cook Plaister of Kent County in ye Province aforsd
   if he Shall be found in his Bailywick and him Safe keep So that he have his
   body before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in
   the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in August next to
   Satisfie unto Alexander Williamson Clarke Principall vestry man and his —
   brethren vestry men of St. Pauls Parish in Kent County afd as well the Sume—
   of one Thousand two hundred pounds of Tobacco Debt and Three hundred and
   Twenty four pounds of Tobacco Cost of Sute which in the whole Amounts to the
   Sume of one Thousand five hundred Twenty four pounds of Tobacco which
   the afd Plt Recovered against the Said Deft before the Justices of our Said
   Court on the            day of June Instant on Sire facias whereof he is Convict
   as appears upon Record as also the Sume of Two hundred Eighty Six pounds
   of Tobacco Cost of Sute as also together with the Sume of forty Six pounds
   of Tobacco additionall Cost hereof faile not at your perill and have you then
   and there this writ witness Nathaniel Hynson Gent. Chiefe Justices of
   our Said Court this 19th. day of June in the fourth year of our Dominion
   &ca. Anno Domini 1718              TBowne pr qrs.       JamsSmith Clk .
   Att which Said next Court vizt. the nineteenth day of August the Same year
   last mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came Simon Wilmer Gent.
