   James Smith | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County the Nineteenth
              at | day of June in the fourth Year of his Lord Ships Dominion &ca.
   Charles Johnson - | That he take Charles Johnson late of Kent County Marriner if he
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Should be found in his Bailywick and him Safe keep So that
   he have his body before his Said Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held
   at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto James
   Smith of a plea of Trespass of the Case And that he have then and there the
   Said writ &ca.   .   Att which Said next Court vizt. the Nineteenth day of August
   the Same Year last mentioned the day of Return of Said writ came Simon—
   Wilmer Gent high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these
   words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt. Non Est Inventus pr S:Wilmer Sherf.
   and a Short not being fild when Said writ Issued forth and a copy thereof
   Expressing the true cause of Accõn to be left at the last place of the Defts.
   abode in Said County According to a Certain Act of Assembly in Such Case
   made was as folls vizt. Kent County Ss James Smith against Charles Johnson
   Trespass on the Case .   .   . The Cause of Accõn the afd Plt. hath against .
   the afd Deft is that the Deft afd Stands Indebted to the afd Plt on ballance
   the Sume of five pounds fifteen Shillings and Seven pence farthing —
   Currant money and two Thousand foot of inch Plank to ye value of -
   Eight pounds Currant money as by Accot. hereto Annext appears and for
   which the afd Deft hath not made no Satisfacõn to the afd Plt and for
   which the Said Plt. prays an Attachment according to Act of Assembly in
   Such Case made & provided &ca. TBowne pr Quer plds Jno Doe & Richd Roe

   farthing Currant money and also two Thousand foot of inch Plank to the
   value of Eight pounds Currant money   and the afd Plt by Thomas -
