hundred and fifty four

This deed made the sixth day of December in the year of our Lord
eighteen hundred and fifty four by and between Eleanor MacKubin of
Anne Arundel County in the state of Maryland of the one part and
Christina Robangs of the same County and state of the other part
witnesseth that the said Eleanor Mackubin for and in
consideration of the sum of fifty dollars current money to her now paid
by the said Christina doth hereby grant bargain and sell to the said
Christina her mulatto servant girl named Mary Anne now in the
possession of the said Christina and who was bequeathed to the said
Eleanor By her husband the late George Mackubin for a term of ten
years from the third day of December of this year.  To Have and to Hold
the said servant mary Ann to her the said Christina her executors
administrators and assigns within the said state of Maryland until
the third day of December in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred
and sixty four and no longer from and after which date the said Eleanor
Mackubin doth hereby release from all further service liberate
manumit and set free her said servant girl named Mary Ann
or by whatsoever name she may be called and the said servant
girl named Mary Ann the said Eleanor Mackubin doth declare to be
thenceforth that is to say from and after the third day of December that
will be in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and sixty four freed
manumitted and discharged from all manner of service or
servitude by her her executors or administrators and from all manner
of claim or right of claim of service or servitude by her her executors
