19 Priscilla until she arrives at the age of sixteen years Fanny aged twenty five years John aged five years William aged three years Moses aged two months to serve their mother the above named Fanny until they arrive at the age of twenty one years Mary aged twenty three years Thomas aged six years Margaret Ann aged four years and Mary Ann aged two years children of the above named Mary Thomas to serve his mother until he arrives at the age of twenty one years and the females until they arrive at the age of sixteen years Sally Lane aged eighteen years and Harriet Lane aged sixteen years and these the said negroes I do declare to be henceforth free manumitted and discharged from all manner of service or servitude to me my heirs executors or administrators forever. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of February eighteen hundred and forty six costs Signed sealed and delivered in presence of us Rezin H Snowden (seal) Tho.s Snowden costs John Snowden 62½cts Received the 3.rd day of March 1846 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Ss Be it remembered that on this thirteenth day of February in the year Eighteen hundred and forty six before me the Subscriber a Justice of the peace of the State of Maryland in and for Anne Arundel County personally appears Rezin H Snowden and acknowledges the foregoing instrument of writing to be his act and deed and the negroes therein mentioned to be manumitted and set free Acknowledged before Thos Snowden
