163 U S Int Revenue Before me appeared this day Henry F Danbar stamp 5 Cent and acknowledged the above Deed of Manumission D J 11 ap and Release of Service to be his free act and deed 1864 Dorsey Jacob J Peace A A C Md Recorded the 27 april 1864 E Deed of Manumission and Release of Service Whereas My slave Henry Hall has enlisted in the service of the united states now in consideration thereof I Henry F Danbar of anne arundel County state of Maryland do hereby in consideration of said enlistment Manumit Set free and release the above named Henry Neall from all service due me his freedom to commence from the thirty first day of March 1864 the date of his enlistment as aforesaid in the 39 Regiment of Colored Troops in the service of the united states Witness My hand and seal this 11 day of apl 1864 H F Dunbar (Seal) Witness Dorsey Jacob J Lee Webster Geo W McCubbin Anne arundel County State of Maryland Apr.l 11 1864 U S Int Revenue Before me appeared this day Henry F Dunbar Stamp 5 cents and acknowledged the above Deed of D J 11 ap 1864 Manumission and Release of Service to be his free act and deed Dorsey Jacob J Peace State of Md A A Co Recorded the 27 april 1864 |
