serve until they arrive at the age of thirty six years
respectively and so of their succeeding generations
forever  In Witness whereof we hereto set our hands and
seals the 18 day of February Eighteen hundred and
fifty nine

State of Pennsylvania Blair County to wit
                         I hereby Certify that Alfred A Eskridge
and Eliza Ann his wife personally appeared before me
a Justice of the Peace in and for the County and state
aforesaid and acknowledged the within deed of
Manumission to be their act and deed  Given under
My hand this 18 day of February 1869

                   I Joseph Baldridge Prothenolary of the
Court of Common Please of said County do Certify that A
Rutledge Esquire before whom the foregoing acknowledgment
was made is now and was at the date thereof an acting
Justice of the Peace in and for said County duly elected
Commissioned and qualified according to the Constitution
and laws of this Commonwealth to ^all^ whose acts as such full
faith and credit are and ought to be given as well in
Courts of Judicature as elsewhere and I further Certify
that the signature thereto purporting to be the signature of
the said Justice is genuine   On Testimony whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed the Seal of Said Court
at Hollidaysburg this 19 day of February A D one
