76 of December 1830 and all her increase that she shall or may have during the time of her servitude to be free as follows to wit The male Children to be free at the age of thirty five years and the female Children at the age of thirty years And I do discharge them from all servitude and for ever quit claim to all right and title to them on the day and year aforesaid from me my heirs Executors and administrators for ever In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this tenth day of april one thousand Eight hundred and Eighteen Test Horatio Ridout Henry Hammond (seal) Ann Ridout At the foot of the aforegoing deed was thus written to wit State of maryland; anne arundel County to wit Be it remembered that on this 10th day of april anno Domini 1818 personally appeared before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace in and for the County aforesaid Henry Hammond the party Grantor in the within deed named And acknowledged the same to be his act and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof and the act of assembly in such case made and provided Ex.d d.d Taken before Horatio Ridout chd 4½ Recorded the 20th day of June 1818 This Indenture made this thirtyeth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighteen Wtnesseth that I Philip Howard of anne arundel County in the State of Maryland for and in consideration of the sum of one (dollar) |
