called Bet) being of the age of twenty years and able to
work and gain a sufficient livelyhood and maintainance
and her the said negro woman named Maria I do
declare to be free manumitted and discharged from all
manner of service or constitute to me my Executors or
administrators from and after the first day of January in
the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and fifty nine and
if among the Continuance of the servitude of the said
Maria she shall have any issue of her body begotten
then I do hereby determine grant and agree that the
State and Condition of said issue and their issues shall
be that of freedom and I do hereby manumit and
set free the said issue and their issues as they respectively
arrive to the age of thirty five years.  Be it also known
that I have released from slavery manumitted and set
free and by these presents do release from slavery
manumit and set free my negro boy named Henry being
of the age two years and Eleven months and my negro
Girl named Margaret being of the age of one year and four
months and my negro Girl named Ann being of the age
of two weeks and they the said negroes named henry
and Margaret and Ann I do declare to be free manumitted
and discharged from all manner of service or servitude
to me my executors or administrators from and after they
respectively arrive to the age of thirty five years  And if
during the Continuance of the servitude of the said negroes
named margaret and Ann they shall have any issue
of their bodies begotten then I do hereby determine grant
and agree that the State and Condition of said issue
and their issues shall be that of freedom and I do
hereby manumit and set free the said issue and their
issues as they respectively arrive to the age of thirty five
years.     In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my seal this Eleventh day of march
