Maria
 Davis being of the age of twenty four years and able to
work and gain a sufficient livelyhood and maintainance
and her the said negro woman named Juner Davis I do
declare to be free manumitted and discharged from all
manner of service or servitude to me my Executors and
administrators from and after the first day of January
in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and fifty five
and if during the Continuance of the servitude of the said
Juner she shall have any issue of her body begotten then
I do hereby determine grant and agree that the State and
Condition of said issue and their issues shall be that of
freedom and I do hereby manumit and set free the said
issue and their issues as they respectively arrive to the age
of thirty five years.    Be it also known that I have
released from slavery manumitted and set free and by
these presents do release from slavery manumit and set free
my negro woman named Editha being of the age of
twenty years and able to work and gain a sufficient
livelyhood and maintainance and her the said negro
woman named Editha I do declare to be free manumitted
and discharged from all manner of service or servitude
to me my Executors and administrators from and after
the first day of January in the year of our Lord Eighteen
hundred and fifty nine and if during the Continuance
of the servitude of the said Editha she shall have any
issue of her body begotten then I do hereby determine
