his heirs the said sum of Two hundred and ten dollars
then the said Joshua Linthicum should liberate and
set free the said woman and child and her increase
and whereas the said Joshua Linthicum by his Bond
bound and obliged himself in the penalty of three
hundred Dollars to liberate and set free the said woman
and child and her increase upon payment to him of the
said sum of Two hundred and ten dollars  and whereas
the said ^Robert^ Johnson paid part of the said sum of Two
hundred and ten dollars to the said Joshua Linthicum
in his life time and has fully paid and satisfied the
balance thereof since the death of the said Joshua
Linthicum to his administrators
       Now know all men by these presents that I Elizabeth
Linthicum of Anne Arundel County and state of Maryland
surviving administratrix of the said Joshua Linthicum for
and in consideration of the above recited premises and of
the sum of one dollar Current money to me in hand
paid at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents
have manumitted liberated and set free and by these
presents do liberate manumit and set free the said
negro woman Ann and her child the said Edward and
negroes Elizabeth John Nathan and Daniel also the
children of said Ann and Robert born since the contract
between the said William Sanders and Joshua Linthicum
and Robert Johnson as above mentioned and the said
Ann Edward Elizabeth John Nathan and Daniel are
hereby declared to be manumitted liberated and set free
forever from my service and from me and all persons
claiming under me   In witness whereof I the said
Elizabeth Linthicum surviving administratrix as
aforesaid have hereto set my hand and seal this 27th
