deed for the purposes therein mentioned and the negro
woman therein named to be henceforth manumitted and
discharged from all service to her or to any claiming under

3                        On this 22d day of April
        1850 personally appears before the
        Subscriber a Justice of the Peace
        in and for said County William H
        Baldwin and made oath on the Holy
        Evangely of Almighty God That the
        negro woman named Hannah now
        present is the identical person
        named in a manumission recoded on
        Liber C N.o 23 folio 448 by Mr Ellen
       Woodward to the best of his knowledge
       and belief
                                        J. S. Owens
            5 f.t 4 In. High
                30 yrs old
                 Light complexion      Brown complexion
