448 deed for the purposes therein mentioned and the negro woman therein named to be henceforth manumitted and discharged from all service to her or to any claiming under her and to be free and manumitted according to the act of assembly in such cases made and provided Acknowledged before Gideon White 3 Recorded the 24.th day of December 1829 To all to whom these presents shall come Know ye that I Eleanor Woodward of anne arundel county in the state of Maryland divers good causes me thereunto moving have and by these presents do manumit liberate set free and discharge from slavery my negro woman named Hannah aged about fifteen years to be free from and after the first day of November which will be in the year Eighteen hundred and forty four and the issue of the said Hannah if any be born during the term of servitude shall be and hereby are declared free as they shall severally and respectively arrive at the age of thirty years hereby declaring the said negro Hannah manumitted and discharged from slavery from and after the said first day of November in the year Eighteen hundred and forty four and her issue if any to be free as aforesaid from me and from all person or persons claiming under me.
