386 and her increase at the age of twenty five years forever charles aged two years to be free at the age of thirty years moses aged one year to be free at the age of thirty years the said negroes I do declare to be free manumitted discharged and set free from all manner of servitude or service to me my executors administrators or assigns forever on the above described terms In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentieth day of December one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven Signed Sealed and delivered in presence of Sam.l Bradford (Seal) Gideon White Samuel Baum At the foot of the aforegoing Deed was thus written to wit Received on the day of the date above mentioned the sum of twenty dollars it being the full consideration for the above instrument and the sum of above mentioned Witness Gideon White Sam.l Bradford Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit On this twentieth of December 1827 appeared Samuel Bradford before the subscriber a Justice of the peace for the State and county aforesaid and acknowledged the within instrument of writing to be his act and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof and the act of assembly in such case made and provided Ex.d d.d Gideon White Chd 3¾ Recorded the 21st day of December 1827 To all whom it may concern be it known that I John W Duvall of the City of Annapolis in the State of (Maryland) |
